The Strategic Direction
The AHL Strategic Map and Balanced Scorecard co-developed with the staff serve to guide the strategic actions, and growth at AHL to be the recognised, trusted and leading centre and In-Community partner in integrated person-centred dementia care in Singapore and beyond; as measured by the 3 key strategic results:
- Percentage of Satisfied Residents and Day Care Elders with enhanced Quality of Life (QOL) and maintained “abled years”
- The numbers of Inspired & Visionary Long Term Synergistic Partners as co-creators and knowledge partners
