Applicants must be diagnosed to be suffering from dementia and they can be referred by the hospitals or polyclinics or by their own doctors.

Applicants must be Singaporeans or Permanent Residents of Singapore.

An assessment is done to establish applicant’s suitability to the environment of the Lodge.

Residents of Pasir Ris, Tampines, and Simei can be provided with transport. The monthly transport cost is between $60 to $80.

The monthly fee is $450 (excluding transport).

The operating hours are from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays, and 8.30 a.m. to Noon on Saturdays.

For those who have their own transport they could send them after 7.00 a.m. and pick them up from the Lodge by 7.00 p.m. on weekdays. The daycare hours for Saturday would be 7.00 a.m. to 1 p.m. for those with their own transport.

The Daycare Centre does not operate on Sundays and Public Holidays.
