Apex Harmony Lodge is Singapore’s first purpose-built residential care home dedicated to persons living with dementia. Since 1999, we have provided long-term care centred on supporting each resident’s wellbeing, dignity, and daily life.
We recognise that dementia affects each person differently - in pace, in expression, and in the things that continue to bring comfort and joy. Our approach is grounded in person-centred, ability-focused care: we support each individual to continue living in ways that feel familiar and meaningful.
Through thoughtfully designed programmes and everyday routines, residents are supported to remain engaged, connected, and involved—not simply as recipients of care, but as individuals with stories, preferences, and a sense of purpose.
Families, caregivers, volunteers, and partners are central to this work. Together, we build a community of trust and support around each person with dementia.
