We are looking for an Associate Psychologist who is passionate about improving the lives of persons living with dementia through evidence-based practice, meaningful engagement, and person-centred care.

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting psychological and behavioural assessments to better understand residents' needs, strengths and preferences
  • Implementing evidence-based psychosocial and behavioural interventions for residents experiencing Behavioural and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia (BPSD)
  • Working closely with nurses, social workers, therapists and other care professionals to develop and evaluate person-centred interventions
  • Facilitating therapeutic and psychosocial programmes that promote cognitive stimulation, emotional well-being and meaningful engagement
  • Contributing to research projects, quality improvement initiatives and the development of innovative dementia care practices

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology
  • Experience in psychological interventions, research or mental health settings is an advantage
  • Strong interest in dementia care, ageing and person-centred practice
  • Able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Good interpersonal, communication and documentation skills
  • A proactive, reflective and continuous learning mindset
