We are deeply grateful for the love and care our mum received at Apex Harmony Lodge. The Gerbera Home team showed genuine warmth, compassion, and dedication, while also supporting our family every step of the way. Thank you to the entire Apex team for treating her with such dignity and for always seeing her as more than just a resident.

My sister and I visit my [brother] Mick almost every weekend. It has been 2 years already. We appreciate that the staff always try to update us on my brother's health [and] behaviour. They understand our concerns and whenever we have any questions, they try to answer. Special mention must be made for Finola (she often connects us with our [brother] via video calls) and Erickson who helps Mick adjust to Apex Home and encourages him to participate in activities. We also know many staff who help take care of my brother namely Palani, Min, Niko, Naveen, and Daniel. Thanks to them, we constantly receive updates about our brother 🙏 

Our experience with Apex Harmony has been great thus far for this 1 month. The admission process was smooth and well-facilitated which gave us great reassurance during a stressful time like this. For the past 1 month of my uncles’ stay, the team has been consistently attentive and supportive. The social worker and nurses are responsible and responsive in their follow-ups. A special mention to Kryssa, the nurse in charge of Tulip ward, who has been caring and thoughtful. She regularly keeps us updated on how my uncle is adapting…and ensures we feel informed about his living situation to make us feel at ease. We are grateful for the compassionate care provided and appreciate the team’s commitment for the past 1 month, and hope that my uncle can be in their good hands staying here.
